Terms and Conditions
All rates are net.
Prepayment in full is required for all advertising contracts. In order to
receive the 4x discount, prepayment of entire contract must be paid in full prior
to first issue date. No refunds or cancellations after the Ad Closing Date.
Ad copy must be submitted no later than one week after ad closing dates
listed above. If needed, ad design services are available at the rate of $35 per
half hour. Advertisers will be charged for any work required to update
advertiser-provided files to meet our requirements. If ad materials delivered
after the deadline are out of spec, the publisher will take reasonable measure
to contact the advertiser to supply new materials, the advertiser will be given
the option to have the publisher correct materials at advertiser’s expense, or
the ad will be run “as is” with the publisher assuming no responsibility for
accuracy or readability of the ad. Publisher reserves the right to prohibit
advertising not in keeping with the mission of the publication. The Publisher
shall not be liable for any omitted advertisements. It is understood that, in the
consideration of the publication of advertisements, the advertiser and/or
agency will indemnify and save the Publisher harmless from any claims based
on the contents or subject matter of such advertisements. Under no
circumstances shall the Publisher be liable for any indirect, special, or
consequential damages of any advertiser. Under no circumstances shall the
Publisher’s direct or indirect liability to any advertiser or advertising agency
exceed the invoiced cost of the advertisement.
